The short version

PickLetter is a free, no-sign-up classroom tool. You can use it in your lessons however you like. We're not a paid service; there's no subscription, no account, no SLA. We provide the tool as-is and may change or remove features as the project evolves.

Acceptable use

• Use it in classrooms, planning, and personal projects.
• Don't probe or attack the site, scrape it at unreasonable volumes, or try to abuse it for purposes outside teacher activities.
• Don't claim PickLetter is yours, or use the name to mislead others.

Content you generate

Letters, categories, and presets you create with PickLetter belong to you. We don't store them server-side, so we have no claim on them either.

No warranty

PickLetter is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. We don't promise the tool will be available, bug-free, or fit for any particular lesson plan. Use it as a teaching aid, not as critical infrastructure.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PickLetter and its contributors aren't liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the tool.

Changes

These terms can change as the project evolves. The date at the top reflects the latest revision. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
